Danjiangkou Fengying Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It was originally a joint-stock company. In 2018, Huzhou Fengying Machinery Co., Ltd. was established. In 2019, offices were set up in Hebei, Weifang, Shandong, and Suzhou, Jiangsu. In 2021, it was introduced back to Danjiangkou City, Hubei Province by the local government and established Danjiangkou Fengying Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd. in the Donghuan Road Industrial Park. In 2022, it was in the process of constructing a new factory building. It is a professional technology company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automated equipment for aluminum profile production lines.
The company covers an area of 50 mu, with the first phase covering 20 mu and an investment of 50 million yuan. The second phase, covering 30 mu, is expected to be constructed over a period of 2–3 years. The total fixed asset investment is 48 million yuan, with an additional 2 million yuan allocated for labor and land use fees.
(1) An investment of 20 million yuan will be used to purchase production equipment such as fully automatic cutting machines, presses, shearing machines, and bending machines.
(2) An investment of 18 million yuan will be allocated for the construction of a 5,000-square-meter production plant and a 1,000-square-meter living quarters, as well as other supporting facilities.
(3) An investment of 7 million yuan will be used to install living facilities such as water supply, electricity supply, sewage discharge, and natural gas.
(4) Working capital amounts to 3 million yuan.
It is projected that the company will achieve a revenue of over 20 million yuan in 2022 and pay more than 1 million yuan in taxes.
